Our stay at the Gathering Place on Golden Ponds was amazing. The property is beautiful, the house/room was beautifully decorated, and the homemade breakfast was delicious! Al and Annette were wonderful hosts. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here.

We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. The property was spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Annette and Al were incredibly kind, accommodating, and thoughtful, making sure every detail was taken care of while still giving us plenty of privacy. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and was the perfect way to start each day. The location was peaceful and charming, making it easy to unwind while still being close to local attractions. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend The Gathering Place to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing place to stay. We can’t wait to come back!

The host and hostess were very thoughtful, kind and made this a very enjoyable stay, they went out of their way to make us feel at home. The breakfast homemade blueberry pancakes were very delicious. The building is unique and interesting in a wooded area.

The experience was wonderful! Both Annette and Al were excellent hosts, and the place was very clean. We played games and they cooked a really tasty breakfast (the options were blueberry pancakes and French toast, we had the latter, and it was delicious). We will back and highly recommend to come here. A perfect getaway!

This is an idyllic location for a quiet retreat in the heart of beautiful Canadian Shield country. The hosts are very friendly. Best value in a bnb ever! Breakfast was delicious French Toast With perfect texture homemade bread.

This was a lovely B&B run by the sweetest couple! From the moment we arrived, we felt like a part of the family. The room was spacious and beautiful, the property was spectacular, and the breakfast was the most delicious I've ever had. Wonderful and quiet! Such a cozy home and very friendly hosts. They have a dog, Ginger, who is very sweet. The first snowfall of the season started as we woke up and it was beautiful.
