What a perfect location to enjoy the town of Hull and beaches of Nantasket! Chuck was prompt and answered all our issues with ease. The room was beautiful, clean and cozy. The home is beautiful and walking distance to Jake’s for lunch. I’d stay here over any big name resort for certain!

Gorgeous home with a little bit of water view. Very nice bed-and-breakfast with a very comfortable room, comfortable bed and welcoming staff. We had a late arrival which made it difficult to find in the dark however, GPS did take us right there. Despite our late arrival, we were greeted by the owner who welcomed us and we had a beautiful room.

Lovely accommodations in an immaculately & tastefully updated Histric Inn. The B and B host, Sherrill, was friendly, and welcoming! The continental breakfast was generous, and cleverly appointed with the opportunity to eat it outside on a deck overlooking the bay. This one is a keeper for regular or occasional visits to the Hull seaside.

We stayed one night in the Showboat room. It was spacious, clean and the linens smelled amazing. The king bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept. Continental breakfast was adequate, plenty to choose from with coffee and juices. The host informed us were allowed to park down the street for free at the Ocean Inn walk across to Nantasket Beach where we spent the morning after checking out.

The Beacon is a well maintained B&B. The accommodations were grand, with a full shower and jacuzzi tub. Parking is convenient and off street. The owner and staff were so hospitable and helpful. I couldn't have asked for more. If I need to visit that area again, this will be the first place I check. This place is well suited to large family groups too. You can have a room, a suite or the whole place. It's well located too. Not far from popular places.

Everything was wonderful. Exactly as described. All the little things were perfect, breakfast, housekeeping, snacks, the view, parking, etc.. Location is walking distance from the beach and restaurants, but far enough for quiet privacy. Thank you Cheryl (hope I'm spelling that right), you have a lovely property. Would love to return.

The room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, with a cathedral ceiling, a comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom. It was quiet and LOVELY. The welcoming hostess was hospitable- she met us at the door both nights- and helpful. We were not prepared for the fact that the view included a busy road. The photos on the website show the main beach in Hull, but that requires a drive. We looked out on a small tributary/pond, with a busy road to the right of our balcony. Aside from being more truthful about the view, my only suggestion is to make the signage about when breakfast is available more uniform. The sign in our room and the one in the kitchen differed from the directions provided by the hostess, which happened to be correct, but we only found this out after the first morning, when we assumed (based on the sign in our room) that we had missed breakfast and thus did not go downstairs. We had breakfast at our own expense, although it was included in the room charge. That is an easy fix.

Loved the Beautiful room we stayed in it was extremely large and decorated in nice colors! The owner, Cheryl was very nice and friendly! The distance to Hull and the beach and restaurants was close proximity! What was disappointing was the size of the shower stall, my husband who has a handicap, was difficult for him because it was so small. With the massive size of the room and the high walk in closet, a walk in shower would be a great addition! We always stay at bed and breakfasts because we enjoy the great breakfast included. Plus the ambiance! The Beacon only had a very small selection of breakfast items and a coffee pot. Therefore, we went out for breakfast , which added to our expenses! Other than that it was a lovely Inn!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. Our room was huge, very clean and comfortable. The cleaning lady was very attentive and helpful with our special request related to extra bed sheets. The owner lives on the property and greeted us personally. There is plenty of free(!!!) parking available. The area is quiet and picturesque. We stayed for 5 nights and highly recommended this place.
