My stay was pleasant! No issues whatsoever….Denise, Ashley and the younger gentleman who worked the desk Saturday was kind….. anytime I needed sonething they were happy to help me! ONLY issue I had was pet owners not picking up after their pets…. Shameful!

Aweful dirty and the door lock fell off the first day we arrived .. second day the fridge wouldn't work so we lost all of our food that we bought and it leaked onto the floor to. Upon arrival the front desk agent advised me that if I would have purchased my weekly stay thru the front desk it would have costed me only $390 total but instead I used hotel. Com and paid over $463 smh

Room was clean, included a working refrigerator and TV with a romote. There were sufficient towels and the facility appeared safe. It was a budget hotel, but the staff was friendly and efficient. I would stay there again next time I'm in town. I would rate it as good to excellent.
