Our stay was for an overnight stop on the way to our holiday home further south. The room was basic, good value, clean and perfect for our needs. We were able to eat a a restaurant recommended close by which was ideal.

Comfortable small room in motel style accommodation . Parking outside the room which is helpful when on the move, however not monitored but all was ok for us. Bathroom is an add-on capsule in the room but fine. We didn't have breakfast so can’t comment . Check in was good

This is a budget hotel and that's exactly what you get. Don't expect massive room sizes or you'll be very disappointed! If you just want a functional, clean room for a night's stop-over, then you could do a lot worse than this hotel which is near to all major routes. Quite a selection of restaurant chains nearby too. (Buffalo Grill, La Boucherie, etc.)

La chambre était propre et le personnel aimable. Cependant le prix de 209 € la nuit nous a paru disproportionné par rapport au confort relatif de la chambre : très petite, cabine douche exiguë, odeur très forte de renfermé à l'entrée dans la chambre. D'autant plus qu'un prix de 49 € la nuit était affiché sur la porte. C'était le week-end des 24 heures du Mans vintage, nous considérons donc ce prix comme une arnaque événementielle. Nous nous renseignerons plus sur la chambre proposée à la prochaine occasion.

Premier abord, parking pas très bien entretenu, limite miteux. La réception, pas très bien tenue ce jour, car la personne était sûrement en formation et diriger par une autre personne a ses côtés. Et récupérer le linge de toilette a l'accueil, ça m'a un peu surpris. La chambre, climatiser c'est OK, mais le sol, pas très bien laver, encore des trace de chocolat durci sur le sol. Et la salle de bain, comment dire... quand on ouvre le mitigeur de la douche, un filet d'eau fuit du robinet jusqu'au lavabo qui est situé a côté. Pas bien entretenu, manque d'investissement.

Évitez le rdc si vous voulez ouvrir les volets, il n'y a pas de rideaux. Et on entend marcher au-dessus. Propreté-ménage : une croûte de fromage sous le lit! Pour le reste, correct. Prix accessible pour une chambre climatisée.

Correct pour le prix que j'ai payé (55€). Au-delà, allez ailleurs. La chambre était petite mais cela m'importe peu. En revanche, elle était sale (de la poussière et des traces au sol partout, une pomme de douche ignoble...) et je me suis réveillée avec des fourmis partout dans l'entrée. J'étais dans une chambre au RDC et la porte a un gros jour en dessous, plein d'insectes y sont rentrés (pas surprenant puisque que le couloir extérieur est très sale). L'insonorisation est inexistante (j'entendais les marches dès que quelqu'un montait ou descendait l'escalier). Heureusement, la clim' fonctionne très bien et est silencieuse, ce qui m'a permis de bien dormir (elle n'est pas centrale et réglable au bon vouloir des personnes).
