Nice room, nice lobby, good location for walking the city. Staff was very inexperienced though and couldn’t answer many questions we asked such as “ where is the cruise ship terminal”? The rooms are nice but a little dated/worn and not the best views depending on where you’re at. Gym was a tad leaky but nice equipment. The lobby and restaurant are lovely (really great food). The real shocker was the staff and customer service. I had to leave a day early and it was comically terrible level of incompetence for something that shouldn’t be so complicated. I was honestly shocked. By no means could i stay here again in that alone. Unfortunate as it really is a great location.
