Disappointed
I made my reservations and everything went good with communication and pre arrival. They asked me in advance about how many beds I will go to need and I told them 3. However it was my surprise at my arrival that they charged me 15 pounds per day per the two additional persons. Why they did not mentioned this extra charge when I requested 3 beds? I did not have any options than pay. During the second day we noticed that one of the toilets was not flushing properly and the three of us where using the only toilet working. I sent a message and they came to checked. The problem where never solved. They mentioned not to have the piece to fix the toilet and that probably it will not be ready during our stay. I asked for a refund at least for the extra charges but they ignored our request. The apartment is in the second floor of the building during our whole stay there was terrible smell at the floor (not inside de apartment) but you need to hold your breath every time you go in and out. I stayed in London every year and this has been my worst lodging experience.
