Clean room, staff was friendly (for the exception on one reception guy at night) but the others were very attentive and helpful all the time. We loved the waiter at the restaurant who served us he was AWESOME! I forgot his name but it was an older (short) gentleman. The check out staff was also very attentive and helped us by calling a taxi and helped us out to the car. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back

Friendly staff but even front desk does not speak anything else than Portuguese. Nice pool and good breakfast. We had a standard room with noisy with view on industrial equipment. Windows are not sound proof. We had severe issues with the room safe. Bathroom was dirty and it took the whole stay to get it fixed. Good parking on site. In conclusion: Overpriced for that area. Would probably not stay again.

The linnens were clean, the tv screen was dirty, the shower/bathroom was dirty, moldy, I dont think the bathroom fan works so it was definately smelly and moldy looking, I can see the staff did everything to keep the room clean this was just out of the cleaning seevice control, the staff was awesome very happy to tip above and beyond for their service. I had just arrived at the end of a cold I was battling so the moldy bathroom gave me a bit of the concern. But will definately return. People were so nice.

Quarto sujo, com vaso sanitário evidenciando resto de vômito na louça (claramente a limpeza foi muito aquém do que deveria ser após a saída de um hóspede). Tive nojo de usar o banheiro ao pensar na limpeza que não identificou um vomitado. Cabelo de outra pessoa em cima da cama e chão molhado no banheiro e também pontualmente no meio do quarto.

Cheiro de mofo me incomodou bastante. Fazer a limpeza do ar condicionado regularmente talvez ajude diminui o cheiro. Atendimento no bar da piscina precisa melhorar, ser mais solícitos e atenciosos. No mais não tenho do que reclamar, a equipe da recepção e restaurante bem atenciosos, cama confortável, piscina muito boa e as comidas são ótimas e muitas variedades no café da manhã.
