Booked the deluxe room upper floor with pool view, was put in a room that faced the street and it was extremely noisy with street traffic and local bar bands late at night, there was a pool view if you stuck your head out around the balcony you got pool glimpses, however when I raised the issue with staff they were sympathetic, and extremely accomodating and had me moved to a different room within 2 days which was really nice, spacious and a lot quieter.
Breakfast, food and cocktails were good, not fantastic but for $60a night it's a great deal really, just make sure you request a room that isn't street front.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, 5 stars for the staff!
There were always sun lounges available around the pool. Pool can be very busy though and lots of kids when I was there (was Australian and Indonesian School Holidays so to be expected)
All in all great value for the money and staff professional and friendly.
Great cheap Warungs nearby, Art Coffee at the end of the Street had awesome coffee and food (at Aussie prices but well worth the $$) 10 min walk to Garlic Lane or a $2 Taxi Fare if you were feeling lazy.
If you're looking for a great place on a budget this is recommended!
