Good location,tidy and friendly staff.

The staff and the owner were very nice,friendly.overall,the guest house strong image for me should be ~very tidy and clean.(they were do the best to keep cleaning) The bed was wood-made,feel comfortable Really good slept.Although just stayed 1night,It made me feel so warm .Nice~

우선 위치적으로 가장 마음에 들었고, 생각보다 넓어서 더 마음에 들었고, 빌라형식이라 크게 간섭을 안받는 그냥 내 집 같아서 좋았습니다.! 하나 아쉬운 점은 화장실 물을 바닥을 향해 틀면 물이 샌다는 점. 그로인해 바닥 상태가 살짝 안좋다는 점 정도?. 이 부분때문에 문을 뜯어 고칠 수는 없으니, 방문객분들이 조심하셨으면 해요! 발을 씻더라도 공동 샤워실에서 씻으시는걸 권유드려요

5인실 이용하였어요. 5인 가족 이용.

5인실 이용하였어요. 숙소의 위치 좋음. 대학가이므로 주위에 편의 시설 많고, 지하철역과 가까움. 숙소의 청결 상태가 많이 아쉬웠고, 보일러 작동이 잘 되지 않았어요. 5인실-욕실은 방 안에 있어서 좋았으나 크기가 작아 샤워하기에는 힘듭니다. 환풍기 돌아가는 소리가 크게 들립니다. 아이들과 동반하는 가족이 이용하기에는 권하고 싶지 않습니다. 도미토리룸은 이용 않해봐서 모르겠어요. 직원분은 친절하였습니다.

本当に寝るだけ、といった雰囲気です。施設自体に鍵がかかっておらず、従業員も夜10時にはいなくなるので、それ以降の時間帯は宿泊客以外でも入れてしまう環境で安全面は全く保証がないです。従業員がいる時間帯でも、いちいちチェックして中に入るわけではないので誰でも入れてしまうと思います。また、鍵がある部屋とない部屋があります。男女共同の部屋にはなかった思います。鍵があるといっても暗証番号なので、不安がありました。共同スペースには常に人がいて、部屋にいても、朝も夜も声が聞こえます。正直うるさくて何度も起きました。また、部屋がとても寒かったです。エアコンは冷房機能しかついておらず、韓国では一般的とされている床暖房と薄っぺらい布団だけなので、たくさん着込むことで寒さを防ぎました。窓からスースー風も入ってきました。部屋にティッシュ、ゴミ箱などもついていません。ゴミ箱は共同スペースにあります。部屋は本当にベットのみです。私が泊まった部屋は、証明がひとつ付いていただけで常に薄暗かったです。シャワールームは、着替える場所が別についていないです。服やタオルを置く棚もついていません。床に置くかタオルかけにかけるしかないです。濡れます。男女共同シャワーです。 11日間の長期滞在でしたが、11日の間、一度しか従業員の方が掃除をしたところをみていないので、掃除はあまりしていないのかなと思いました。排水溝の匂いがします。シャンプーなどを置く棚に、おそらく宿泊客が使用したであろうカミソリやらゴミがたくさん置いてありました。何も置けないくらい汚かったです。トイレは寒いです。トイレットペーパーは流さないタイプです。ウォシュレットももちろんありません。冬の時期だったのでとにかく寒さが辛かったです。安くて、寝られればいい、という方なら大丈夫だと思いますが、おすすめはあまりできないです。
