We liked the greeting from Kym and her dog, both very friendly. Kym greeted us at the front door and showed us to our room. Room had everything needed, including fridge with a bit of stocked juices, exceptional tv and wide variety of channels, coffee machines with various teas and coffees, well stocked bathroom. Bathroom and bedroom extremely clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

A great Inn of the past.

Our time there was very enjoyable and Kim was a very nice person. The Inn was a vintage hotel of the past and decorated in accordance with the era it was built in.

Kim and the Chepstow in were amazing. She greeted us with a friendly smile and gave us all the information we requested about the area around the Inn and interesting sites to visit. The Inn is very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Inn and spending some time getting to know our friendly host Kym. It was fun to learn the history of the Inn as we have friends that use to frequent the tavern in the 70’s. We will visit again
