The room was filthy. Floors were sticky, bedding looked unwashed. The pool area is run down. We also ended up getting bed bugs from this place. When I called and spoke to someone about it they just said they would talk to management and hung up on me. The service is absolutely terrible here. This was not worth the money I paid at all. I'm extremely disappointed and the management there should be ashamed of themselves.

Staff were nice, early check in. Only thing it was super cold inside the water park. My family and I were going down the elevator when a lady stopped us and asked if we were going to the water park, and said it is super cold that they had to go upstairs their room. We still went down and in fact it was super cold. But other than that we will come back in the summer time!

Neither hot tubs were working and no one was able to use the slides because they didn’t have staff to watch them. The staff they did have were fully clothed and you couldn’t tell who the lifeguards are. To top it off the place was so cold I was in a sweater and had put on a bathrobe on top of that to stay warm in the water park.

Heating in half the building didn’t seem to be working. The pool area was freezing cold, lobby & restaurant were cold, you had to wear a sweatshirt or jacket whenever you left your room. They need more staff to help the one person running the restaurant and bar. I wish our experience could have been better for our child’s birthday weekend 1st hotel experience. We more than likely will not come back.

Staff was amazing. Very friendly. I loved the new changes with the front arrival arrea! Kids loved the indoor water park and the arcade. We nooked through this app but there was a switch up with our room. They were able to switch us to the room we needed. The addition of a few slot machines was a nice surprise as well. The room was clean and staff was friendly. The waterpark was perfect for my young kids! Our only complaint was the waterpark was very very cold. We froze!! The water was warm but the air temp was the same as the rest of the hotel making it unbearably cold getting out of the water. They had all the big water slides closed because they exit and renter the building. This is understandable however, they only put flaps in front of two of the 4 slides. The 2 that did not have the flaps, you could see and feel the bitter cold air just pouring into the park. We asked staff to close them off and then they only closed one of them. I feel like the heaters could not keep up with a direct portal to the outdoors. We still enjoyed the waterpark but this put a major damper on it.

Was there last summer under the old ownership. Place was great. To be honest the new ownership has a lot of improvements to do!! Pools were cold hot tub wasn’t even as warm as a bathtub. Air was so cold kids could not be in water long. No restaurant anymore just bar food like you can get at any poolside cafe or fair . The nice thing is the location but being out in the middle of nowhere to not have a full restaurant anymore there’s nothing to eat except pizza or fried chicken from a gas station. Overall, the changes that were made honestly I believe we’re only to save money. It used to be a really nice resort. It was very disappointed.

The resort is nice overall, I think it’s poorly managed, staff is very limited especially around the food court, not even very appetizing seeing a sign at the counter that said they are away in the bathroom, paints a bad picture that they will be making my food when they come back, barf.Life guards are not very attentive, water was cold at the waterpark.

This was not a fun stay at all. The pools were cold the wave pool wasn’t on the hot tub was cold or not even working. The lifeguards are not even paying attention to people swimming. The room was dirty. The owners didn’t care and very unorganized. We watched about her family walk into their room at check in and the room was already occupied. After checking in and having to provide a CC they then charged that card for a “resort” fee. We actually bought a day pass to The Great Wolf in Wisconsin Dells just to be able to swim and let our child enjoy the water. Talked with management and front desk along with the pool manager and they really don’t care about anything. She did take the video I gave of their lifeguards talking with backs to the pool area tho so she could talk with them.
Beds don’t even fit the frame. Careful or the metal will cut your leg.
