La habitacion solo se puede bañar uno com agua caliente . La otra persona que le sigue para bañarse se baña com agua fria porque ya no hay agua calientes

This is not a moan about the Neptuno Apartments but our timing on dpending 11 days in the middle of June Expecting a nice quiet relaxing holiday was spoilt by a lot of young adults acting like children. I know thats how they enjoy thereselves these days but did put a dampener on our time there. Other than that 10/10 Neptuno keep up the good work.

Apartment with limited sea view but ok. Never used the pool retired age. Little to no contact with the staff, but were helpful in all interactions.

Bra rum, men hotellet ligger i en sluttning, med en mycket brant väg upp från byn. Vi hade 74 trappsteg (vi räknade) för att ta oss upp från rummet till pool eller reception.

Great holiday

Our room was a side room and had a lovely sea view, the balcony was a good size to sit on and get the last rays of sun. The rooms were cleaned almost everyday and were nice and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were all friendly, and the pool staff were so accommodating.

We requested an apartment close to the ADULT pool. Which we got, very impressive sea views. Apartments are basic but always clean and comfortable. Would recommend apartment 144 to everyone.

Clean refurbished apartment. TV ariel needs to be replaced and the wall connection needs to be looked at. 2 windows didn't shut/lock properly but not a problem. Everything else was perfect.

On a steep hill 20 minutes walk from seafront, but local bus goes by. Also easy to get cabs. Reception staff are helpful.

I booked this at the very last minute like 2 days before, generally the hotel is nice, staff were friendly and drinks not expensive Nice sized room, usual twin beds We had to go down quite a lot of stairs to get to our room, fine if your young not quite so if your not Also the hotel is quite a way from the the sea front down a very steep hill and over some busy roads So keep this in mind if you have mobility issues We ended up taking a lot of taxis Also when you get to the sea front there is a lot of steps to reach the bars and restaurants

Fint hotel

Hotellet var fint, og personalet meget hjælpsomme, dog er skal man gå lidt for at komme til stranden,og der er meget hældning på når man skal tilbage. Tilgengæld gør de lidt op for det med gratis strand shuttle.

Peaceful location.

Loved the peaceful location and surroundings. Pools were lovely as was the pool bar. Very close to large Mercadona and lovely walk to town and beaches. The uphill walk back was a challenge but kept us fit. The apartment was clean but very dated. Would need a new kitchen. Beds not very comfortable
