The room was as expected, perhaps smaller, neither myself or the receptionist could alter the room temperature which was freezing. I was given a fan heater which was sufficient. Jeremy was as helpful as he could be, other than that it was a very small room with an en-suite shower and toilet. Had to go out to find coffee and water. On the whole it was a place to sleep. Surprisingly good! Good bed, good linen (not as chemical as in F1 for example), nice towels. Quiet. Hotel seems new of well renovated. Only thing is that the room is small. The mail part is barely bigger than the bed. So don’t expect much room. There is seriously less than 50 cms between the wall and the foot of the bed. 25 cm’s each on the sides. But hey, the bed was good! And I rather have a good-sized bed than more room around it. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel!

All was fine and as expected BUT both twin beds had "bed bugs" which kept us awake and we had to request an alternative room. We killed between 20 and 30 bugs before we gave up and asked for a room transfer! We appreciate that it is very difficult for you control what your customers bring into the property but it was the first time in our lives for us to experience such an issue in a hotel. This is not intended as a complaint but is feedback for you to be aware of the problem that we experienced.

Le personnel est vraiment le gros plus de cet hôtel! Les réceptionnistes sont charmants, à l'écoute et très serviables. L'hôtel par contre est un ancien formule 1 modifié: salle de bain minuscule dans une chambre minuscule (20cm entre les bords du lit et les murs!). L'idée est de faire entrer une salle de bain dans une chambre de formule 1! Le petite déjeuner est correct mais peu varié, les tranches de fromage étaient totalement sèches:) Localisé dans une zone commerciale, à proximité d'action de maxi zoo... Venez y pour le personnel, le prix et la qualité du matelas qui est confortable.

L’hôtel nous informe qu’il s’agit d’une erreur d’hôtel.com et qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire. L’hôtel était complet. Dans la première chambre que nous avons eue, la climatisation ne faisait que du froid et il faisait déjà glacial dans la chambre. Le réceptionniste nous a proposé d'installer un radiateur. Nous avons refusé et avons demandé à changer de chambre, ce qui a été fait. Dans la seconde chambre, il faisait un peu meilleur mais la climatisation (bridée à 21°C) n'arrivait pas à compenser l'air froid qui arrivait par une bouche d'aération sous la fenêtre.
