Nice hotel location but with poor service and very poor cleanliness. Mold in the bathroom floor and walls. Dust and last guests “forgotten hair” under the bed. Damaged walls. Old bed linen (from 2015). It seems they just don’t clean it !

Poderia ter tido uma experiência melhor, mas por conta do congresso que estava acontecendo no hotel, percebi que não havia equipe suficiente para dar mais agilidade em alguns serviços.
