A estadia foi boa, o café da manhã é bom e variado, porém, algo chato aconteceu no fim de nossa estadia. Na última noite teve uma chuva muito forte que vazou água do teto em nosso quarto. A água suja molhou os brinquedos de madeira da minha filha, meu relógio, bolsas, entre outros itens. A pessoa lque estava na recepção prontamente nós auxiliou, porém, nossa bebê ficou 5 horas no carro incomodada pois seus brinquedos não estavam em condições de uso. Outro detalhe: o checkout só poderia ser feito após as 8:30. Moramos a 5 horas do hotel. Pedimos se seria possível separarem para nós um pão e uma fatia de queijo para comermos no caminho. Disseram que não era possível. Nunca vi esse tipo de atendimento em nenhum hotel que fui. Sempre todos ofereciam uma opção. Fomos embora com fome do hotel, sendo que pagamos pelo café da manhã. Nunca aconteceu antes conosco.

Local maravilhoso, somente tenho a reclamar da piscina aquecida, referente ao horário de abertura às 12hs e fechamento às 20hs, a maioria dos hotéis o horário da piscina é das 8hs as 22hs, o cliente ainda consegue desfrutar da piscina antes de fazer o check-out.

O lugar é incrível. Muito limpo e organizado. Funcionarios espetaculares. O melhor pão de queijo que já comi. Tudo feito com muito carinho. O hotel vale cada centavo. Só senti falta de espelho grande no quarto e lixeira. Falta também corrimão na piscina aquecida, meu esposo ficou com muita vontade de usar ela, mas por estar com dificuldades de mobilidade ficou temeroso diante da falta de corrimão.
