From the moment I booked the room, I was impressed by the pro-active, efficient and excellent level of customer care and service from this hotel. They made me feel very welcome. The hotel itself was a surprisingly pleasant oasis of peace, greenery and tranquillity.
When I chose the room initially, I saw that there were two types, one with a water view and one with a garden view. I mistakenly thought the water view was a pool view and so therefore I opted for the cheaper garden view, thinking that it would be a quieter and less illuminated view at night. However, the wonderful front desk staff upgraded me to a water view room and it was lovely, located directly upon a dam with trees where I enjoyed spotting from the room, and also from the balcony, a variety of wildlife, including fish, turtles, a multitude of birds ascending and descending on the trees. I enjoyed watching stars at night in the darkness. I definitely recommend booking a water view room!
I ended up in this hotel for a few days after 4 months of travels in many hotels and I did not sleep as soundly in any of them as I did here in this hotel. I ordered several room service meals and they were excellent. To conclude I feel that this hotel offers a warm and professional hospitality, care and genuine appreciation of their guests. I look forward to returning and staying a longer while.
