It was okay overall but is lacking in some small & simple details to make it good. The staff were not well trained and lacked any customer service enthusiasm. Only required transaction interactions were done. Breakfast was the most disappointing as there was only a very limited option. We had to ask each day for silverware and for coffee pot to be refilled. Fresh eggs were good but toast was only generic bread and stale & cold. Some fresh fruit would be a nice touch to have available. Room was clean enough but the bed was quite soft and aged. Minor maintenance needed in some places.
