La personne à l'accueil ne parle pas le français ou très peu... donc c'est un peu long pour avoir sa chambre alors que tout était fait par internet ! Chambre sale, literie sale, couette sale, lavabo sale et on doit faire son lit en arrivant ! Atmosphère étouffante mais on ne peut pas laisser ouvert si l'on veut dormir dans le noir ! A l'extérieur des toilettes rudimentaires et pour les douches, on dira que ça va ! L'entrée donne le ton !

L’impression générale est que nous n’y reviendrons pas. Car beaucoup de choses nous ont laissé perplexe. Tout d’abord la chambre est gelée quand nous y arrivons et il faut attendre que le radiateur (au maximum)la réchauffe. Le robinet du seul lavabo présent ne tient plus en lice. Pas de douche ni wc dans la chambre, ceux-ci au bout du couloir sont sales… Literie inconfortable, pas de serviettes, bref à fuir!

Sentiment d'insécurité pour une femme et mon ado a fait une crise d'angoisse en arrivant dans la chambre.. il faut dire que juste avant nous avons croisé un homme qui nous a mis très mal a l'aise .... Unzumutbar und gesundheitlich äußerst bedenklich

Wir hatten vom 1. September bis zum 2.9.2023 für eine Übernachtung ein Zimmer gebucht, online. Das hätten wir besser bleiben lassen. Der Zustand des Zimmers, der Zustand der Matratzen, Bett ist mit Worten nicht zu beschreiben. Ich habe noch nie bei all meinen Reisen, so ein verwahrlostes/ verdrecktes Zimmer gebucht. Was auch immer an der Wand klebte war für mich nicht zu identifizieren. Um die Matratze zu entsorgen, wäre Schutzkleidung notwendig, die Infektionsgefahr, schätze ich als außerordentlich hoch ein. Toilette und Dusche konnte ich nicht nutzen, auch hier meines Erachtens nach ein zu hohes Infektionsrisiko. Meiner Meinung nach müsste das Hotel durch die Seuchenschutzbehörde geschlossen werden.

Slapen gaat redelijk, wc,s te vies om op te gaan zitten, urine tegen de muren. Badkamers zijn buiten de kamers met koud/lauw water, niet kunnen douchen helaas. Ontbijt waardeloos, een algehele pot chocolade pasta, waar heel het hotel met zijn mes in zit, gewoon brood, niet eens croissants of iets dergelijks. Nooit meer een F1 Hotel in Frankrijk. Wat een missere!!
