B&B Hotel Paris Est Bobigny Université

Service is good, facility fantastic, all looks brandnew. Clean and comfortable. Location little bit far from downtown, need to take tramway.

Air-Con should have worked properly.

Staff had to be reminded to replenish breakfast items. A/C didn’t work well. Hotel was very clean!

This time really not felt good as there is no tissues in the toilet no soups .

Area in a high immigrant neighborhood, mostly Muslim and not the best ones at that. Not a great place to walk to from the subway station. Someone knocked on door 3 times at 4:30am and even though we asked "Who is it" in English, Spanish and French the person did not reply. No peep hole to look and No phone in room to contact desk. So we were afraid to open door because they could rush into the room and assault us. Location is far away from Paris and you will need to make a few transfers to get anywhere. Spend the extra 10 or 30 bucks and stay close to the city center.

Everything was good with the exception of the cleanliness. Our room did not come with a garbage can. Luckily we had our own plastic bag which we had to use for days as a makeshift garbage can before it was removed by the cleaning staff. When we inquired at the front desk for a garbage can we were told they had run out. Really disappointed that such a basic asset was not provided.

Attending a friends marriage

My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights. This hotel has a very new feel to it. It is modern and the rooms and bathrooms were sparkling clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had a TV. We did not try the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. This hotel is quite a ways out of Paris, so if you want to be in the city/short commute, this is not the place to stay. It took us about 30 minutes on the metro with another 10 minute walk to get to the hotel from the center of the city. It is also about a €30 taxi. If you are in the city late I would recommend taking a taxi home, even though it is expensive the hotel is not in a great area of town. We did not walk anywhere after dark. This is a great hotel I just wish it was in a safer part of the city!

When we arrived the hotel did not have our reservation. Unfortunately we speak no French and the desk agents spoke no English so we had difficulty trouble shooting. We ended up chatting with Hotels.com and after an hour and a half we finally got a room. The beds were comfy and the room was clean but there was no hand soap, no hand towel, and the bath towels were pretty thin. There was also no hairdryer, which was disappointing but not a deal breaker.
