We checked into the hotel at 3:30 PM, only to find that there was no power in the room. With my wife and two young children, this was immediately uncomfortable and concerning. I went to the front office and informed the staff that if the power wasn’t restored by 5:30 PM, we would not be able to stay. The employee assured me that they would notify the owner.
Unfortunately, by 5:30 PM there was still no power. I went back to the front office, but it was already closed. I called the office phone and explained our situation again, hoping for some resolution. Instead, we were told to “go outside and explore other adventures,” even though we just wanted to rest after a long journey.
At 5:45 PM, we made the decision to leave. I left a note for hotel management explaining our experience. It was extremely disappointing and inconvenient, especially with children. This lack of communication and customer care was unacceptable, and we will not be choosing this resort again in the future.
