Old hotel, not even close to be a 4 star

My expectations was for a 4 star hotel, but this is way far from it. It’s an old place with everything under a 2-star hotel including bed sheets, towels. For the price paid it’s a shame.

Quarto limpo porem o banheiro uma lástima. Com vazamentos constantes na pia e no box do chuveiro. Vivia alagado. A pia do banheiro minúscula e joga agua para fora. O café da manhã é razoável. Poucas opcões, principalmente de frutas, frios e pães. Não se encontra agua no hotel como cortesia para os hospedes Agua somente no frigo bar da quarto ou durante o café da manhã.

Quarto amplo, limpeza excelente, os funcionários então nem se fala : muito gentis, corteses e eficientes!!! A localização é excelente também: bem próximo a praia, restaurantes, bares, agências bancárias, lavanderia, salão de beleza e comércio em geral. O café da manhã tem uma boa variedade. Já estive em outras unidades da rede mas esse realmente está precisando de um pouco mais de cuidado na manutenção. As toalhas que recebemos estavam beeeem surradas (algumas inclusive puídas) e encardidas. Mas super recomendo pelo custo benefício. Gosto demais dessa rede.

Gostaria de registrar minha avaliação sobre a hospedagem no Intercity Hotels. Já conheço a rede e inclusive já me hospedei em outras unidades pelo Brasil, sempre com experiências positivas. No entanto, desta vez fiquei bastante insatisfeito, especialmente em relação à limpeza do quarto. O banheiro encontrava-se visivelmente sujo, e a higienização do quarto foi claramente insuficiente, aparentando apenas uma limpeza superficial. Havia presença de cabelos, poeira acumulada — inclusive embaixo das camas — e sinais evidentes de que não houve uma limpeza adequada. Esse aspecto comprometeu significativamente a experiência, gerando desconforto e até certa insegurança quanto às condições de higiene do ambiente. Em relação à estrutura do quarto, há pontos de desgaste que poderiam ser melhorados, mas acredito que passariam despercebidos caso a limpeza estivesse em um padrão adequado. Diante disso, deixo meu registro na expectativa de que sejam tomadas providências para melhoria, especialmente no controle de qualidade da limpeza, que é um item essencial em qualquer hospedagem.
