I come to this hotel twice a year and I have never been disappointed. I am very happy with the hotel customer service and location. The rooms are clean and spacious. I also like the hotel been close to the beach and the biggest shopping centre in Alanya which is called alanyum. I would recommend this hotel to people who wish to stay short term and long term. Also great prices

Nice place. Had all you need. Pool is only problem with full hotel. Not space for many sun beds so think you have too go to beach. Still not too far to go to beach

Bella Rosa.

Slidt hotel. Mangler køkkenting for at kunne lave et ordentlig måltid mad. Hårde madrasser. Dårlig udsigt fra nogle værelser. Dårlig møbleret.

We had a Mountain View room and the WiFi was terrible! Could only pick it up if you stood in one area of the room, not ideal if you’re reliant on the WiFi for data. Apartment was a good size with a good sized balcony. This property is next to a busy road, if you don’t want to hear the traffic, don’t ask for a Mountain View room. We had a bit of a language barrier when we checked in as the staff member spoke hardly any English but other staff have better English. Went in September and it was really quiet which was nice. Nice pool area outside. There is A grocery store next door and lots of restaurants on its door step. Cooking utensils were limited. Basic cutlery only, no utensils you can use to cook with. Nice and clean, would visit again

2/10 Mala

I have stayed at many different hotels around the world and can easily say this was the worst experience. We were 4 people who rented a flat (1 bedroom and living room). When we arrived, the room was so dirty and dusty and they couldn’t clean it as the cleaners were coming in 2 days. We had to clean it ourselves as my asthma was acting up. Besides it being dirty and dusty, everything looked so worn out and old. The hotel is in a big need of renovating everything (maybe better too just close down the hotel as the standards sucks). Our next issue was the keys- they would only give us 1 key even though we were 4 people. It was 35 degrees every day (July) and we weren’t allowed to have the AC on either all day. We could only turn it on when we were in the rooms and it took hours for it to work well- the AC didn’t even reach the living room. We complained many times about this and we even offered to pay the electricity bill to have the AC on all day - but they refused. Last but not least - the reception, there were one guy who would mostly stay there during nights who was so rude. For example we were in the lobby going out and talking while going out, he yelled at us for being loud (normal talking). Worst experience ever, do not recommend. There’s cheaper hotels in the area with better customer service and hotel rooms- take that instead!

We were pleased with the hotel and the staff regarding almost every aspect of our stay. We needed medical attention early one morning and received excellent assistance in arranging it. The only issue was that the towels were not changed, even though they had been left on the floor. Overall, we had a very good experience; the staff were pleasant and accommodating, and the apartment appeared to have been recently renovated.

Rent og hyggelig familie hotell. Rolige omgivelser. Nærme stranda og sentrum. Anbefales.
