First, I have to say most of the staff were okay. The night crew was great and very friendly. The morning crew was not. She was working wearing what looked like sweats or pjs (very unprofessional) and acted like everyone was a burden. Upon check in, I discovered my bathroom was very dirty like it hasn't been cleaned a couple of guests ago. There bath tub was dirty and had hair, a ring around the tub, and dirty spots on the walls. Towels were unfolded, etc. I went down to the desk where the man there was dealing with the same issue from another guest about housekeeping. He ended up finding me a new room. I had paid for a King and he gave me 2 Queens, which I didn't want but it was all he had left. Upon switching to another room, he had said this new room was recently remodeled and just deep cleaned... It was also not in good shape. There was damage to the curtains, which had mildew on them, damage to the bathroom (things either weren't screwed it properly or hanging on by a thread. Door and walls hadn't been wiped down, door lock busted. I informed the front desk again that I would not be responsible for the damages already done and the man said I wouldn't be and he would send someone up the next day to fix everything and do a real deep clean. Upon returning the next evening, the only thing done was I was given clean towels. The breakfast was meh. Waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, stale cereal, and juice. They kept it small amts so they kept running out.
