We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. We had to check out at 5 AM for a tour to Ninh Binh. Even at that hour, the receptionist Henry was cheerful and handed us packed breakfasts. Such care and consistency in service impressed us so much.

from the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were treated like old friends. The front desk welcomed us with cakes and tea, and helped us plan our short stay in Hanoi without being pushy. They marked out hidden cafes and local spots on a paper map, which we actually used the whole trip. It was our first time in Vietnam, and thanks to them, we felt comfortable right away. The hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter and is beautifully maintained. The staff are accommodating and helpful at all times. Being mainly in English speaker the staff understood everything and helped out in so many ways. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and nothing was hard work. I heard that the hot stone massage here is famous, so I tried and it was really nice because it was massaged with warm stones. I felt truly relaxed. I can't recommend this place enough and wouldn't hesitate to stay at Hanoian Central Hotel again when I return to Hanoi

Location - fantastic ! Right in the middle of the old quarter, and it's so easy to walk to the different tourist places. Around it, we can also easily find great food around, no matter we returned left or right from the hotel. Henry was the first person we really talk to upon arrival. He is the most welcoming, cheerful , wonderful person and made our stay amazing (Else also). He gave us many recommendations for Hanoi, all of which were perfect. Thank you again. If I stay again, I will find him without a doubt

I came to Hanoi for a quick business trip and chose this hotel for its central location and it didn't disappoint. The staff made me check in smooth and even gave me helpful tips on navigating the old quarter. I was able to walk to my meetings, grab great food nearby, and return to a quiet and clean room at the end of the day. The wi-fi was strong, the workspace in the room was convenient, and breakfast always gave me a good start. I especially enjoy sitting outside in the evening when the street became lively with food vendors. The atmosphere was fantastic! I'll definitely chose this hotel again for future work trips
