While the hotel staff was communicative and helpful prior to arrival and the hotel itself is in very good condition, I would not stay here again. Similar to some other reviews, the comfort of your stay depends entirely on the direction your room is facing. I was on a low floor facing the street, which was unfortunate. Guests do not have any control over their room's thermostat; I called and asked twice for the heat to be turned off in my room, and that was unsuccessful. I was told that due to the temperature outside, nothing could be done (it was 60s F in March, and the thermostat heat was set to 24 C) In order to have a comfortable temperature for sleeping, the only option was windows open for me, but when facing the street, the noise is pretty awful (cars, street sweeper trucks, nightlife). I used my own ear plugs, white noise from my phone, and still could hear noise; Windows closed muffled the noise, but the heat too high for my preference and equally difficult to sleep. Separately, there are instructions to leave a card on the floor for housekeeping to change towels; I followed these instructions but was discouraged when our towels were not replaced (one had a brown stain upon arrival...). The location is relatively convenient: 15-20 min walk from train and 10 to city center, but not enticing enough for me to recommend to others, I'm sorry to say.
