I stayed for 5 nights and ppl Knew I was a guest but I was ignored daily. Not welcoming But some had better customer service than the others. Beautiful and spotless rooms! The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant on our last day before checking out, and it was a lovely way to end our trip. The location couldn’t be better. The hotel is right beside the Týn Church, just steps away from the Old Town Square, so everything is within easy walking distance. The only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear other guests at night. But that’s to be expected when staying in the heart of the city. Overall, it’s a very cozy and comfortable hotel, and we were more than happy with our stay!
