Check in was easy, room was clean and enough space for the 2 of us, rooms were quiet (lifts a bit snug but that’s not an issue) staff were all really nice and helpful allowed us to leave our bags and wait when we got back before we needed to leave for the airport. Great location for exploring Paris and as a mother and a teenage daughter travelling together we felt totally at ease walking round in the late evening. Definitely use again, if we return to Paris.

Loved everything about our stay. Great service and atmosphere. Ruben made us feel so welcome and he went out of his way to help with reservations and great conversations. Highly recommend this beautiful family-owned hotel and the 11th arrondissement. We hope to be back!

Tolles unkompliziertes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Zimmerausstattung im Vintagestil - perfekt und durchdacht. Bad mit Fenster. Super Frühstückbuffet mit Pancakes, Hummus und anderen leckeren Sachen. Einziger Minuspunkt: gewöhnungsbedürftige Fensterfolien.

Rooms were poorly designed and cramp and untidy Breakfast was very poor and tasteless Regret staying here

6/10 Buena

Everything was great, except I had left a necklace with my things on the spare single bed, and the next day it was gone. I checked everywhere and even started questioning whether I had actually brought it with me, but I know I did and that it was on the bed. I asked the receptionists to follow up with housekeeping, but unfortunately they said they hadn’t seen it. I know it was there though :) It just made me very sad, as the necklace meant a lot to me.

8/10 Muy buena

Stayed here for two nights, the front clerk was great, knew English and was very helpful. The area is good location if you want to be away from the center of Paris. The metro station is a few minutes away about 10-15 from the Hotel. The rooms are nice a little small but you can work with them, there is a lot of night activities with the local people so it can be a little noisy in the night. Overall it was a nice stay.

The staff are excellent, efficient, flexible, and kind. The king size room was well designed. Love that there was water and loose tea in the room, a table and two comfortable, stylish chairs to sit, and nice windows with a view of the pretty architecture on the street. Bigger than other hotel rooms for about the same price, a delicious breakfast with several options, beautiful lobby areas, and loved the hammam too!
