Getting tired of it
Tire d of third-party apps like Hotels.com and service providers like Microtel advertising one thing on their website and then taking no accountability when it’s not available. In assistance listing on Hotels.com indicated Hot Tub, which I booked for. Upon arrival they tell me it’s out order. I had six text sent to me during the week leading up to my visit. We’re not one mention was made of this.
Hotels.com did for a little offered me a $50 gift card for the trouble. They don’t understand and they don’t care that is not the point. Too often, hotels, cars, retail, advertise one thing and want to take your money. There’s no turning back and they give you whatever they have, as a customer I am just getting tired of it.
Hotel is also loud with neighbours above making noise until I had to call at midnight and people loud up and down the hallway till late to the night
