A really nice property with just a few glitches. I didn't get a check-in code and had to message and call the manager, who responded right away. Not sure what happened, but he made it good. The unit itself is very nice and cozy and there was plenty of information to assist in knowing how to operate things. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and everything needed for preparing meals (could use some dish rags for cleaning up, though). A couple of things: 1) no shower mat, so I had to use a hand towel to keep from slipping in the shower, 2) the duvet for the bed was quite small and didn't cover the whole bed (there was a throw blanket, so I didn't freeze), 3) bathroom extractor fan did not work, 4) the toaster needs replacing, as when I tried to use it, it shorted out the whole flat (fortunately Sam didn't mind being called early in the morning and he came over and fixed the issue), 5) I couldn't locate the water booster switch in the kitchen (there was one on the towel heater in the bathroom, so I'm not sure if this was meant instead).
Over all, I would recommend this property and I do hope to stay here again in the future. The location is perfect for me (near good shopping, dining, and entertainment venues) and is just a twenty minute or so walk from Waverley Station. Great views of the castle, too!
