All in all it was fine. Clean, lots of towels and soap. I turned a/c on but it never kicked on, which is fine because it's cool in the mountains. The shower only stayed hot for 10 minutes, with a big family that was frustrating. One last suggestion would be to remove the large screws that are sticking out over an inch above each bed at head level, my kiddo hit her head, thankfully minor but those could be dangerous.

I didn’t know at the time I booked the Rainbow Lodge but there is NO staff on site. When you check in, you have to wait to receive an email from Rainbow Lodge. Complete the check-in paperwork on your phone, upload a picture of your driver’s licenses and then wait for Rainbow Lodge to send you a text message with the code to access your room. This entire process takes a LOT longer than it should and much longer than if you talk to a human being, in person!! Had I of known about the check in process before I booked the Rainbow Lodge I would have stayed elsewhere. The room itself was fine, it was clean, the bed was comfortable. The AC/heating unit never turned off. I had to turn it on and off manually.
