The staff were brilliant. Especially the breakfast lady who came in early for us to have breakfast We stayed in Friday night and future guests need to be aware that the bedrooms are over a busy bar doing karaoke without sound proofing My friend didn’t sleep at all as the noise carried on until 3am !

2/10 Mala

If you like a noisy Pub and drink with the locals, you'll probably enjoy your stay, but if you're looking for a restful stay and good nights sleep, avoid at all costs. Room was small and very tight with getting around the room as the Double bed filled the room up. Shower had mould on the bottom half of the tiles (Didn't use because of that). TV channels kept buffering, so not really worth having. Also, although advertised as B&B, because of apparent refurb going on, would have had to go somewhere else to have Breakfast (Not ideal). Won't be staying there again.

The lady cooking and serving breakfast was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was delicious. The bedroom was clean and the mattress very comfortable. Maintenance of room was poor and facilities tired. The whole place needs an overhaul which obviously costs money the owners don't have. The building could be fabulous if it had money spent on it. I'll pray that the owners win the lottery and bring it back to it's former glory.

The Inn is an old building with uneven floors and beams, making it full of character. The room was clean and well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but clean. The breakfast was very good. There is ample parking and it is well located in the High Street. The bar can be noisy but everybody is out by 23.30, so it was not a problem.

Staff were very welcoming. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The full English breakfast was very good. The hotel had its own car park which was great.

Lovely staff, especially Jade. Very welcoming. Only minor negatives, TV wouldn’t load any channels after trying to connect, mirrors dirty and no electric on one side of the room (unless there was a trick to this, but couldn’t get the lamp working or the plug sockets to work) Luckily there was an extension cable opposite side of the room to use. Bed was very comfortable.
