Everything was outstanding. The staff was amazing in everyway possible. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and a huge shopping center. I had my best meat at the Teclado's restaurant. The salmon was cooked to perfection. I wish I had more time to try another dish. I really enjoyed my 3 days at this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. In Expedia there are two types of twin rooms, Superior and Executive, with Executive twin room is larger. We booked Executive twin room for three nights and check-in staff made mistake giving us the smaller room. They graciously rectified the mistake. We were happy with the result. Check out was quick and smooth. The location is quiet yet very convenient to shopping and dinning. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Although check-in didn't go as smoothly as hoped, as the room (Executive Double room, 1 King Bed and separate living room) we had booked was occupied and not available. Instead, we were put into a one room with queen bed with loveseat, and received a couple of complimentary cocktails for the inconvenience. The next day they did move us to the room we booked as pictured, but still disappointing we had to go through this for a 2 night stay. Our booked room was gorgeous, and very comfortable to just enjoy and relax in. Breakfast was lovely, and all staff were kind and helpful. A lovely and unique place.

A great experience. Hotel is located in a quiet street and within walking distance of a large shopping mall. Staff helpful and great breakfast. Room amenities were also very good. Only one thing to be aware: the absence of elevator/escalator may make things more difficult if one's room is located on the upper floor, as was my case. Other than that, staty was just perfect.

Perfect location right across the highway & River from La Torre Constanera & fabulous shops & restaurants. Staff is very attentive & rooms are very very without having to be in Sheraton, Hilton etc. Breakfast provided is also very nice. We stayed twice with trip to Mendoza, Argentina in between. Both times really nice stay - Heartily recommend them. One heads-up - no elevador but staff available to help you with luggage.
