Excellent location on a lively street with lots of shopping and restaurants. The place is absolutely massive, but could use a bit of a refresh. A few things were lacking like hangers in the closet, things to wash dishes, detergent for the in unit laundry. But overall would recommend and stay again.

These apartments are massive. Oerfect for families with children. The furniture is a bit dated and could use a bit of freshening up but the location and size of the accommodation makes it worth it. Had a great time at Pera Residence.

Absolutely amazing ..it’s my 2nd visit in 4 months n Mr serdar and team ensure the best during your stay. Apartment itself is pretty spacious however the sofa bed is not great did not even bother to use it the rest of the beds were great but the powerpoints near the bedside did not work unsure why other than that the apartment was great and would recommend

Prime location. Close to main Istiklal street and still not loud. Grocery stores were next door and so were many restaurants. Everything was at walking distance. Huge apartments. Sardar was extremely hospitable and kind.
