Although the room does need some updating, it was clean upon arrival, which is very important. For our preference, the beds could be softer. The towels were too thin. An iron in the room would have been good. No breakfast offered. The location of it was good though, walking distance to two restaurants with live music. And no, this music was not a bother at night. Overall, the room served its purpose and wouldn’t mind staying again.

Charge as if I booked 2 king beds.
I didn’t realize until i returned that the rate I was charged was for two king beds instead of two queens. When i booked it, the booking said 75 or so per night. Total was 300 something per night with taxes. But my receipt showed 500. Even now the rates for the same nights are similar. On top of that, there were roaches!! They won't price adjust or anything. Hotels.com wont either. This hotel is not worth 135 per night!! They don't care. Hotels.com doesn’t care. I'll never use either again. Customer service with hotels.com wasnt undersranding ..they were all about procedure. Thats all. They offered onekey when im not even going to use hotels.com again.
