Cozy mountain top retreat.
Great spot to enjoy the Dorrigo mountains and waterfalls. Spacious room with bright washroom and many amenities for a comfortable stay, including nice bed and Lazyboy chairs! The Bellingen Pasta dinner on Friday/Saturday night is delicious and handy, as there are no cooking facilities.

Last-minute booking for an overnight stay. The accommodation offers a motel-style layout with some recent renovations. While the setting is picturesque and tranquil, the soundproofing between rooms is inadequate, allowing conversations from adjacent rooms to be easily heard.

The place location allows you to wake up everyday to a marvellous landscape, colorful and full of life. My wife is a frog and general wildlife enthusiast, so she got to experience all of it right outside the doorstep.

The staff were very friendly and helpful . Room was spotless and the view breathtaking. The manager was kind enough to provide us with a list of local spots for dinner. We ate supper twice at the Grand Hotel Bistro in Dorrigo and it did not disappoint. The food was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Die Unterlunft ist schön gelegen, direkt am Dorrigo Nationalpark. Die Zimmer sind gut und sauber, nur der Aussenbereich (Stühle Tische) vorm Zimmer waren leider dreckig. Das Cafe (Restaurant) war leider geschlossen, was vielleicht mit dem kürzlichen Besitzerwechsel zu tun hatte. Der neue Besitzer ist jedoch sehr nett und hilfsbereich. Zum Abendessen sollte man statt nach Dorrigo die 20-30min Fahrt nach Bellingen in Kauf nehmen.

Disappointed with retreat. Firstly they advertised kitchenette. There was not even a knife to cut a tomato. Also a BBQ can be used for a FEE. Shower head has no pressure and you have to waste 5 minutes of water just trying regulate the temperature.
