I enjoyed my two nights here mainly oŵing to its location and the care given me throughout my stay by staff and particularly by the receptionist on duty when I arrived. He kept an eye on me (an old man with mobility limitations), told me where to buy gluten free crispbread, and made sure caught my train when I left. The hotel has extensive facilities for the active guest. The room was large and comfortable. The buffet mesks from breakfasf on were good with s fair choice including my need for gluten free food. The other highlight was enjoying the children on thd nursery slopes at the end of the hotel drive.

Barnen hade kul! Personalen va oengagerad, det va seg incheckning. Inte alls ett sånt välkomnande som man önskar, vi fick knappt ett hej när vi kom. Men barnen uppskattade pool, biljard och lek. Läget på hotellet va bra när till linbana där man kunde åka små bil nerför berget. Rummen var fräscha men sjukt varma och det fanns ingen luftkonditionering. Lite udda uppbyggnad på rummet men skulle såklart va en design, jag gillade det dock inte vill ha toa, dusch och handfat i samma rum.

Vi bokade dubbelsäng och våningssäng, fyra personer, sommartid. Enkla rum utan luftkonditionering (det finns rum i alla olika väderstreck vilket innebär att det kan vara bättre/sämre utifrån hur temperatur på rummet), rent och tillgång till en mindre inomhus pool med fantastisk utsikt över zugspitze och precis utanför betade kossor och hästar. Bra övernattning för att besöka zugspitze, cirka 30 min avstånd. Härligt med pool för barnen efter en sommardag ute i värmen. Stora sociala gemensamma ytor och ett stort lekrum på nedre plan som uppskattades av barnen. Gym finns tillgängligt.

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort auf Grund einer nahegelegenen Hochzeit. Und wurde versprochen, dass das Gepäck aufs Zimmer gebracht wird. Als wir nachts ankamen, war das Gepäck leider nicht auf dem Zimmer, sondern war verschlossen im Staff-Room… Absolut ärgerlich. Die Rezeption war morgens leider nicht besetzt. Nach ein bisschen Suchen bekam ich das Gepäck vom Frühstückspersonal. Frühstück wurde nicht nachgefüllt, Säfte leer, Brötchen leer… Die Halterung des Brausekopfes hat ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Für über 150 Euro pro Nacht hätten wir uns mehr erhofft. Insgesamt trotz der schönen Lage leider nicht zu empfehlen!
