Terrible

Dirty room. With cover sheet clearly showing stains. Requested new sheets. Front desk had to come upstairs take pics and sent someone with a flat sheet only. Bathroom faucet was loose. There stains on the walls. Shower faucets and glass had water/soap stains. Blackout curtains full of stains. No soundproof windows. Hotel is in a busy street and you can hear everything almost as if the windows are open. Earlyin the morning non stop pounding noises coming from the mining across the street bypassed the windows not allowing people to sleep. Heard from employee it is a common complaint from guests and learned from Front desk hotel belongs to the mining plant. Concluded it was built to serve the mining employees, thus is clearly not a hotel for tourists.

Costumamos ficar neste hotel e sempre pegamos o quarto família, mas desta vez foi a pior experiência que já tive em hotéis. Primeiro no deram um quarto adaptado para PCD, não me lembro de ter esta informação explícita no momento da reserva, informou que não possuía outro quarto disponível... já no quarto eu tentei simular uma nova estadia para o mesmo dia, e havia sim quartos disponíveis para hospedagem. Segundo todos os quarto-família que ficamos neste mesmo hotel tinham uma porta separando os quartos, este não tinha, apesar das fotos mostrarem que existia porta. Terceiro cada quarto possui seu ar-condicionado independente, mas só havia 1 único controle. Quarto só tinha TV em um dos quartos, o outro não tinha. Quinto, e mais grave, havia um barulho insuportável, parecia vibração de cano ou máquina de lavar desbalanceada, tanto a noite toda quanto o dia todo... mas quando ligamos de madrugada para a recepção, o atendente dizia que era impossível ter barulho... e com um certo tom de deboche, e ainda sugeriu que o barulho podia ser da CSN... neste momento percebi que ele não estava dando a mínima para meu problema e resolvi não insistir, esperava no mínimo que ele fosse até o quarto para verificar Resumindo... ninguém conseguiu dormir. O atendimento, que era, na minha opinião, um dos pontos fortes do hotel, agora deixou de ser por causa deste atendente em específico, uma pena não saber o nome dele para colocar aqui, mas nos atendeu na parte da noite.

Quarto grande, bem limpo e organizado, com geladeira e microondas. Hotel perto de shopping e comércios, com um supermercado gigante na rua atrás. O unico porém é que não tem disponível cozinha para pedidos rápidos (sanduíche, por exemplo). Ficaria lá novamente pelo conforto e localização, mas me prepararia melhor e compraria alguma coisa reserva pra caso precise comer no hotel.

O hotel é bom e bem localizado. O pessoal é simpático, mas poucos funcionários. O ponto fraco é o café da manhã. Mesas de fórmica sem sequer toalha de papel. Pouca variedade de produtos e muita coisa repetitiva (vários bolos de sabores diferentes, mas ruins). Não tem uma chapa para aquecer os pães. Reposição demorada. Produtos sem grande qualidade. Café ralo. Pelo preço cobrado deveria ter algo melhor no café da manhã, principalmente por ser um hotal em que predominam pessoas a trabalho.

Fiqueo hospedado 4 dias e foi um ótimo custo-benefício. A localização é excelente. O atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo. O café da manhã muito gostoso, mas não teve variedade ao longo dos dias. Unico ponto negativo, que na verdade nem é culpa do hotel, é que por estar proximo da CSN (em frente na vdd), é barulho 24h por dia. Mesmo com a janela vedando bem o som, nao se tem silêncio em momento algum.

Hotel bem localizado mas tivemos alguns problemas. Primeira noite que usamos o cobertor, acordamos mordidos e cobertos de percevejo. Inconstância na presença de manobristas. Em um momento, tive que retirar o carro da garagem (mesmo eu não tendo estacionado, a outra opção era esperar duas horas até o manobrista chegar) e estava em uma vaga super apertada. Como não tinha acesso aos outros carros para poder mover o meu carro, acabei arranhando o carro na coluna. A torneira da pia do quarto em que nos colocaram após o incidente com os percevejos estava quebrada. Eu informei a recepção, mas nada foi feito a respeito. O café da manhã é bom e funcionários amigáveis.
