The building and amenities seem nice at a glance. The staff seem less than enthused to be at work, unkept, and unfriendly. The breakfast area was filthy and lacked options, slow to restock, and unkept. It took 2 trips to the front desk to ask for conditioner, stores were closed or I would have bought some. First staff said there was no conditioner and handed me keys to a room that was not ours, no clue why, I didn’t ask for keys. I bought bandaids while there and he gave me back too much cash, when I noticed and brought it back down to him, he didn’t seem to care. I asked a different staff for conditioner at that time and he went right to the back and got it. It was a weird stay for a Hilton affiliated hotel, poorly kept and overwhelmingly unfriendly. The building has potential and location was good- it’s the lack of concern with the basics such as kindness, decent beds, clean breakfast area with stocked items, etc.
