The room smells absolutely horrible. From the moment you open the door, there is a strong, unpleasant odor that makes the whole stay uncomfortable. It feels like the room has not been properly ventilated or cleaned in a long time.
They advertise a king size bed, but that is completely misleading. What you actually get are two small single mattresses pushed together. The gap between them makes it extremely uncomfortable to sleep, and the mattresses move apart easily during the night.
The hotel also claims that breakfast is included, which is not true at all. In reality, they just leave a few old, dry pieces of bread that taste stale and unpleasant. There is no coffee, no tea, and no hot drinks available. Calling that “breakfast” is honestly ridiculous.
To make things worse, at checkout they ask you to pay additional taxes in cash only. They refuse card payments for this, which feels very unprofessional and inconvenient.
Overall, this place is very poorly managed. The room also has very few power outlets, and the ones available are far away from the bedside table, making it difficult to charge your phone or devices while using them.
Very disappointing experience. I would definitely not recommend staying here.
