We absolutely loved the location! To walk out to the street and have a view of the Colosseum never got old for us. Several convenience stores and caffe’s within blocks and even a couple restaurants we would return to. The host was very nice and always helpful. The only thing holding me back from a 5 star review was that the cleanliness could use a little boost. There was trash under the bed. The shower needs to be snaked, as it backed up during our showers and appeared to need a little deeper cleaning. It also bothered us that it’s listed as a B&B but the snacks on the counter are for an additional fee. I wouldn’t let it stop me from staying here again because everything else was lovely. 4.5 overall.

We really enjoyed how close we were from the Colleseum and many other historical landmarks. The room was quaint but great for the 2 of us. Very clean, safe and quiet. Feliz in Roma is an excellent location to see some of the most historical areas of Rome, you are literally minutes away from the Colosseo. Our host, Federico was so quick in responding and provided some excellent restaurant recommendations and some hidden gems not all tourists know about.
