Cozy, small hotel on the main road in Candidasa. Rooms were compact & clean. Pool area is really cool facing the ocean. Restaurant was great and we especially enjoyed the ala carte breakfast. Staff was always friendly and happy to help. Would love to stay here again!

We stayed at Sagara for 2 nights when we first arrived to Bali. The room was beautiful and very clean, air conditioning worked great. The main street in front of the hotel is very loud/busy (like a lot of places in Bali) but we were extremely surprised that when we got to our room it was so quiet and we couldn't hear any noise from the street. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, they drove us to Padangbai on our last morning and because we left so early, breakfast hadn't started yet but they packed us a to go box of food so we wouldn't be hungry. Would recommend to anyone.

endroit sans classe à éviter absolument

Hôtel réservé sur base de sa bonne note, de ses bons commentaires et du fait qu'il avait le sigle "plage". Quelle déception! Petit hôtel donnant sur la route, enclavé entre 2 immeubles en travaux, et bruyant. Draps tachés (excréments) à notre arrivée, et donc changés à notre demande. Rien n'est propre: éclaboussures sur le mur de la salle d'eau, près du wc; au restaurant: même constat: nappe dégoûtante. Quelques chaises longues coincées le long d'une piscine minuscule: impossible de circuler tellement c'est étroit + mauvaises odeurs + serviettes mises à disposition repliées après usage et réutilisées sans être lavées. PAS DE PLAGE! Rien aux alentours. Petit déjeuner: basique et très moyen (choix entre un pan cake et un oeuf). Endroit plus cher qu'un 5 * (40.000 idr pour un coca contre 25.000 dans un 5*, chambre ici à 150$ alors qu'on a une chambre et un déjeuner sous forme de buffet à 100$ à Benoa dans un 5*); ici, tout fait cheap. Rien ne justifie l'appellation boutique, cette appellation supposant un endroit cosy et élégant, ce qui n'est pas le cas ici. Personnel: des gamins gentils mais sans expérience, exploités par leur patron. Je ne comprends pas comment cet hôtel a pu récolter de bons commentaires et des notes correctes. J'ai vraiment eu l'impression de m'être fait avoir et d'avoir été trompé sur cet établissement.

Super hotel med fantastisk udsigt.

Rigtig dejligt hotel med super beliggenhed/udsigt. Candidasa er ikke verdens navle (en gennemgående hovedvej) men der er mulighed for indkøb og et godt udbud af restauranter - også gode (Vincent´s). Lækre værelser med alt hvad dertil hører. AC´en levede som så mange andre steder sit eget liv og var svær at indstille til en komfortabel temp. (Enten for kold eller varm). Poolområde er meget elegant og der er en god service af venligt personale. God morgenmad (ikke buffet) og et fast menúkort (samme frokost/aften) som bærer præg af præfabrikeret mad. Smager dog fint og er lækkert uden man falder på halen af det. Kan kun anbefale Sagara Candidasa hvis man er på de kanter.

Thumbs up for a quiet getaway

The property is new and well maintained. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a couples getaway. The room and amenities were nice and clean. The food can be improved but the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I thought the pool was bigger from the pictures. There is also no shoreline to walk or lounge on.

Fantastisk ophold

Hotellet er relativt nyt med god beliggenhed i Candidasa. Vi tilbragte to nætter her og følte os godt taget hånd om. Alle medarbejderne var super venlige og stod til rådighed 24/7. Vi valgte at spise på hotellet to aftener, da maden var rigtig god og det var hyggeligt placeret ved poolen med udsigt til havet. Alt i alt en rigtig dejlig oplevelse på dette hotel ;)
