4/10 Regular

The area around the property is good, but the staff of the reception are so bad as they tried to take money from me and other guests claiming that they can give better room they started to renovate the front of the hotel during our stay, so we couldn't sleep neither in the morning or afternoon.

All good in general, but the cleaning and change of sheets was not the best.

Sadece personelin iyi olması yetmez. Berbat tesis.

Unclean and unhelpful staff

The Check in was fine however at Check out the workers were not helpful at all. My room was at the 4th floor and I asked for help with my luggage but they refused. Also the room wasn't clean and the hotel was very old.

Location is just what you need in Istanbul and staff are helpful including Yilmaz Aka "the actor"! . The downside of the property is that it contains 5 floors and no lift.

The Worst and Noisy Hotel

The room was very miserable, there's no window in the room, i choose non smoking room but there's smoking smell in the room.. I couldn't sleep at all because of the noise and the neighbor's where so noisy.. Even if they walk in their room, i can hear them.. the hotel building is very bad built.. i come to check in at 15:00 but my room was not ready though.. i booked for 7 nights, but i checked out after the first night, i couldn't stay more because of the noises and the room not have any window, even in the toilet.. they also refused to refund me for the remaining nights
