The room was clean the shower had some dust on shelve. However it seems like they had just renovated because it smelled new but the building was faded. They breakfast hot and delicious. The checkout attendant was very sweet and nice. However we arrived early at 3:00 for check-in because we had event we was trying to make. The male gentleman was outside smoking cigarette came back in said it want be until 4:00 to check in because they sold out the night before. Now, I looked around in parking lot and I didn’t see anyone and I called at 9:00am to see if I can check in early and he said between 2-3. When we arrived he said check-in at 4oclock, I said I was the one who called you. He said check in at 4:00. I said ok, will it be a problem checking in late he said no.
How I really felt about that situation was I interrupt his cigarette break and didn’t want to be bothered. You trying to tell me NO room is available and yall start check in within a hour. However all the other attendant I encountered was pleasant.
