The TV access did not work in the 2 and a half days I was there, the front desk staff was informative and polite, but did not see any willingness to take a step further, other than just saying "there is a problem with construction outside" one of them dared to say, yes there was TV earlier in the day, like I was going to spend my vacation days locked in ! The intention was to watch the news late evening or early morning.
