Great apartment!

We loved staying in this apartment. It was very clean and well kept. The location was very nice and close to the metro line, train station, and lots of activity. The views were also nice. Our only complaint was the shower was very messy, with water all over the floor.

Perfect location for getting out and about. It was convenient for us to be close to family we were visiting. The apartment served it's purpose for a short stay. It was comfortable and spacious for 4 including children. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

It is very close from the Sants Train station so moving around the city but also from there to other cities and even to the airport is very convenient. There is also plenty of restaurant options around it. The touristic bus has a stop just there, so it was very easy to get around. I was a little disappointed that we were asked to bring our own trash outside the hotel at the end of our stay.

Overall good but most of atrction few kilometres away u need to catch bus or metro or taxi living standards is good for family and friends group only thing I don't understand why they ask me £200 deposit even no mansions in website anyway I pad and got it back on end of my stay they should tell customer before booking staff was good compromise I checked out happily thanks for service

Bizzare to find out you need to clean the place before you go and take the trash with you. We had very spacious appartment with tiny little tv and no freezer, thus icecreams had to be eaten at once :)

Amazing location and comfortable stay

I had a very nice stay at the Cosmo Apartments. I was there for 10 days for a work/tourist trip. It would have been nice to have some kind of housekeeping for such a long time, particularly fresh towels. The staff were excellent and very helpful. My main feedback for improvement is to provide a hook or two in the bathroom to hang towels. The kitchen supplies were fairly minimal but sufficient for basic cooking. It was odd that no kitchen cloths or towels were provided. That should be standard with any kitchen rental. The size of the unit was excellent and the location was fantastic. It was close to a variety of train stations and surrounded by good restaurants and services. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the front desk was friendly. The maintenance is far from perfect...half of the outlets are not working, no hooks for towels in the bathroom (you get them for your stay, how and where to dry them?), dishwasher rack was rusty, bedside lamps are not working, closet doorsin the hallway are of center, can't be open, get caught on the floors. We had two bedroom apartment with two twin beds. The two twin bedroom was falsely advertised. It was soo small, the beds were touching. The room contained one twin bed and one cot/no headbord. It was a closet not a bedroom. So small, that you can't open your suitcase ( we open them in the hallway, no storage/closet in the room, and balcony door can't be open bc of the bed. Outlets were at the head of the cot bed, only one of them worked.
