We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome right from the start. The food was good, and we thought the prices were fair for what you get. But the biggest plus was the location—it made getting around so easy. We felt we got great value for our money. If you're traveling with kids or family, this place is a really good choice. We would happily stay here again!

The property was in a great location but ambience didn’t look up to the mark. Only one towel provided and got one more after repeated requests! Room served food was expensive!

Nice hotel, excellent service. WiFi not great.

Quite a treat of a small hotel in a friendly area. The hotel is situated opposite a park which is used regularly by locals for cricket, football, games and general hanging out. The rooms / beds are comfortable but overall the hotel needs tidying up or redecorating. Service is excellent: staff do all they can to help and ensure our stay was good. WiFi is hit-and-miss.

The hotel building is old, but the stay was comfortable. It faces a very busy street, but it wasn't particularly noisy at night, preventing sleep. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The location is also good for sightseeing. Breakfast was simple and not very varied, but tasty. There was hot water in the bath. However, there were only two hand soap bottles, and no shampoo. The room was spacious for the price. The staff were friendly, and there were no major issues with the hotel's service, so I would recommend it.

Nice hotel but the Stuffs ask for tips!

The hotel is very clean and nice. Stuffs are helpful but they ask for tips a lot. When we were leaving the hotel and we wantwd to carry our own laguages. They offered help and then they are asking tips for helping. If you are helping then why are ypu asking for tips? My indian friend who stayed in the same hotel paid 1000 rupees mess sonce shw is indian citizenship and we as forigners paying extra then we have to give tips as the sake of help when we did not ask for help.

Quite comfortable

We booked a Taj view room. The room did have a view of the Taj, but only if you were standing up and could see through the dirty windows. Breakfast was limited and the room was ok but small. The food at the bar on the roof was great, but frustratingly the were out of the reasonably priced drinks, meaning spending twice what we were hoping for! Now where to eat or drink in the area and the rickshaw drivers clearly put that into their prices. About a 30 minute brisk walk to the Taj.

Peaceful and comfortable | Ήσυχο και άνετο

The room was very clean and comfortable. Extra large bed with clean linen that changed everyday. And the bathroom also clean. The amenities provided in the room met expectations and the breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location with no external noise (the room was not on the main road). Good free wi-fi and there is free tea and coffee daily in the room, also daily newspaper. But unfortunately there was no refrigerator in the room!

2/10 Mala

Overpriced and Rude Staff

I have stayed at this hotel before and paid a thousand indian rupees less per night before. They have raised their prices but not their service. When I arrived, even though I told the hotel I had an evening arrival, the hotel gave my room to another guest. I was placed in a much smaller room than I had booked. The room was tiny and extremely uncomfortable. The staff from check in to room service and checkout were rude and snobby and not accommodating at all. I will never stay here again and never recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Great hotel

Very decent hotel for the price. Nice clean rooms, good clean home cooked food. Reception went above and beyond to make the stay very comfortable. First time staying at a Treebo - will definitely recommend it.

The food wasn't worth the money

Mostly I had my lunch and dinner outside since the hotel had no dinning, catering services in the premises(they serve food from nearby restaurants in your room) . Few months back one of my friend had stayed here and wasn't satisfied with the taste of food and price,so he insisted me to have my food outside the hotel. But I tried my luck, ordered dinner for 2 and I can assure you my friend was 200%right.Except taste/quality of food all good.
