Quick response and a lightbuld that stopped working was replaced within a very short time. Excellent communication. Apartment was good but had a few little flaws. Overall i would rent again.

The property was really in a good location, however two things we did not like, internet was really bad, there was a network, with no internet connection at all. Second thing, no extra blankets available or heating, and it was a cold night

PÉSIMO SERVICIO, me cancelaron la reservación, llegamos de noche, desde otro país, 9 horas de vuelo, todos los tour los tenía con esta dirección. Se lavaron las manos y nos dejaron a la deriva con todo y que dejé tarjeta en garantía. DEFINITIVAMENTE NADA RECOMENDABLE y debería sacarlo de Expedia. NEFASTO.

Excelente estadia

Foi uma excelente estadia! Fui muito bem recebida e tive o apoio do proprietário, sempre atencioso e prestativo. Ótima localização, perto de restaurantes e conveniência. Minha experiência foi 10 com esse apartamento.

Bom custo beneficio

Apartamento basico, porem com o necessario. Comunicação com administradora excelente, sempre disponível. Voltaria. Poderia ter serviço de limpeza, fiquei 6 dias e nao teve limpeza, mas ja sabia disso, é so uma sugestão .

O apartamento tem bom tamanho, acomodou bem 7 pessoas. Porém não tinha um pano de chão nem de.prati, deixaram toalhas a menos e falaram q era só pedir secador e não tinha ..um frio daqueles pra ficar de cabelo molhado...sacanagem e pedimos vários dias sem sucesso....

La zona es peligrosa para caminar por las noches, no había nada para secar el piso, los colchones están hundidos, no hay secador de pelo

La persona encargada, estuvo en contacto con nosotros desde el dia anterior a la reserva, en nuestro caso que íbamos del extranjero nos permitió guardar el equipaje y nos permitió acceder antes de la hora del checking para poder movernos por la ciudad.

Preferiría buscar otro sitio.

Es buena la ubicacion la cama e lnstalaciones cómo el Wi.Fi. pero el horario de entrada era a las 15hs. Y no pudimos entrar sino hasta las 16:30hs. La salida se nos exigió que saliéramos a las 12hs sin excepción. Solo nos dieron 2 toallones, y el piso no estaba limpio, y posee un ventanal de más de 4mts. Y no tiene blackout, sino cortinas transparentes cuando amanece es imposible seguir durmiendo. El estacionamiento que ofrecen no es económico y es un laberinto con curvas muy ajustadas si un vehículo quiere salir y otro entrar, uno debe retroceder. Sin duda, si volviera a Chile, buscaría otro lugar.

Precisa melhorar um pouco mais...

Apartamento bem localizado, região centro de Santiago com acesso a tudo. Segue críticas construtivas que o apartamento deve melhorar para tornar a sua estada mais agradável: - Colchão (está velho o atual) - Cortina do tamanho da janela (atual é menor e a claridade pela manhã incomoda) - Poucos utensílios de cozinha (pelo menos o básico deveria ter no apartamento)

No habían buenos elementos en la cocina, bastante limitados, el sillón cama muy incómodo para dormir, no nos dieron los elementos para el baño y no nos respondían los mensajes.

Habia una filtración de agua en lavaplatos

El dpto esta correcto en cuanto a ubicacion ,limpieza y espacio. Detalles a mejorar en Internet ,la filtracion en el lavaplatos y el control de la tv ,si vas con un niño es indispensable que se encuntre disponible ,no que tengas que ir a buscarlo a oficina.
