Hi,
We arrived at your holiday park 17th October for a weekend away for 3 nights. When arriving at the caravan we notice that the caravan smelt off wee and cigarettes. After a further investigation we notice that the was a urine stain on the sofa, the sofa was also covered on crumbs and dirty. We then discovered that there was hair in the bed, sink and shower. Picture below. We made the fastest decision that we aren’t staying in this caravan due to the poor hygiene and smell. Baring in mind this is our son’s first holiday and this was an upgraded from the original booking. My partner sortly after went back to the receptionist to complain. They explain that they are full booked and that they will offer for the caravan to be cleaned, but we have waited for the caravan to be cleaned as we was a little early. But this isn’t the case, if the cleaners had cleaned it just before we arrived how on earth are they going to clean it now. By explaining this to the girls at reception they became very rude which I get but for customer service you would have thought they would be better experienced in situations like this. Then again we made the decision of that we will make the 2 and half hour journey back home.
I have been talking to a lady called Charlotte that has passed over your email and number to contact you as there is nothing she can do her end.
Out of this I am hoping for a full refund
