The boutique hotel which was formerly a university library served an amazing breakfast every morning in the cobble stoned courtyard. our family took advantage of the wonderful location which was a short walk from all the action in Mexico City's oldest neighborhood, Coyoacan. The staff was beyond helpful, even switching our rooms due to a cleaning product smell. The decor was simple yet effective and the tree and plant life throughout the property provided hours of enjoyment. We will definitely stay at Casa Moctezuma again next time we're in town.

This is truly a home away from home. The room feels like your own little apartment, stocked with everything you might need. The staff is wonderful and will get you whatever you need. The breakfast is simple but delicious and the space is small and quiet. Coyoacan is a beautiful neighborhood in Mexico to explore and even as two female travelers we felt extremely safe walking at night to grab dinner or explore the town.

We wanted a more intimate, quiet hotel with character, rather than a large-room general hotel layout. The rooms are super cute (must like stairs). The daily breakfast is made to order out on their patio, which was a fun way to recap the night's events and plan the day. We chose the Coyoacan area to be in shaded and walkable neighborhoods close to the Frida Kahlo museum and other close-by Artisan and Local markets. We took Ubers to other parts of the city and were able to get those easily and for reasonable prices. We had a group of 6 staying in 2 rooms and would stay here again!
