Elegí este hotel porque en su página web indica que hace traslados privados para huéspedes hasta los miradores de Ordesa, entre otros. Al llegar comprobé con disgusto que no existe ese servicio que ofrece claramente en su web (véase p ej el apartado “Excursiones por Ordesa-Ordesa sencilla”). No voy a calificar el proceder de quien publicita una oferta que directamente no cumple pero creo importante señalar el hecho

Great base for a hiking trip
Very comfortable stay. A bit secluded from the larger towns of the area but a good base to explore Ordesa National Park. Staff is kind and helpful, rooms are basic but clean and with majestic views. Recommend the lunch sandwiches and the course dinner with wine included.

This hotel was really fantastic. Our room was so spacious and the view was unbelievable. We spent five nights here and the staff was so hospitable. They helped plan our daily adventures. We came to this area to hike and every day was amazing! To the tops of mountains, through canyons, to waterfalls... every day was so exciting, varied and beautiful. Dinners at the hotel were fabulous. The chefs prepared delicious food that was appealing to the eye with a wide variety and different choices every night. Thank you to Roberto, Pedro, and Sylvia. This hotel was truly exceptional!!!!

Excelente hotel en una ubicación increíble
Estuvimos 3 noches y la experiencia no puede ser mejor. El hotel es super acogedor, con una gestión familiar que hace que el trato sea excepcional, Roberto y el resto del staff son majisimos. Habitaciones muy limpias y con unas vistas de Añisclo hasta peña montañesa de ensueño. Y la cena fabulosa, nos encantó . Muy recomendable . Si podéis, coger la suite 301, es preciosa
